The Rath Foundation - An Enduring Legacy at UW-Madison

It was so rewarding to be a member of the talented, hardworking student body at UW–Madison. Learning from each other and meeting equally dedicated, passionate students was such a privilege. The Rath scholarship made it possible for me to put my full effort toward my studies and other extracurriculars, without worrying about money. It has also made it possible for my younger siblings to go to college with less financial burden, since my education was covered. Scholarships like this one allow students to show that their worth is not based on their background or financial means. It gives students an opportunity to thrive at college instead of struggling to make payments. I look forward to making my plans and dreams a reality without the pressure of student debt. I feel so grateful that the Rath scholarship has made this possible for me when so many of my peers have struggled to afford college. Thank you for making it possible for me to attend college without financial pressure. Thank you as well for using your financial means to uplift others and give us a massive opportunity to succeed in college.
