I want to thank you, Jack, for your marvelous support of the Wisconsin School of Business. I have just learned that the Rath Foundation, Inc., has already completed its pledge to the school. This is terrific news that will allow us to accelerate the V. Duane Rath Faculty Fellows Program and actually begin the program next fall! Jack, of all the support that the community has given to the school, I can honestly say that this program is the most critical for our competitive standing. The establishment of a developmental leave program will allow us to recruit, develop, and retain a top-caliber faculty. Your support and the support of the Rath Foundation is sincerely appreciated by every faculty member in the school. For years to come, the name V. Duane Rath will symbolize excellence in our faculty.
